Q: What does Step Otro charge for shipping an order?
A: Spend $150 or more, for Free Standard Shipping (4-5 Business Days).
*If you do not meet this requirement, Standard Shipping is $3.95.
Free Standard Shipping (4-5 Business Days) is automatically applied to orders totalling $100 or more and after coupon is used (if applicable).
** Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment.
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside of Singapore?
A: At this time, orders may only be shipped locally within Singapore.
RETURN POLICY
Q: Do you accept returns? What is your return window?
A: We're happy to offer returns! Returns are accepted within 30 Days from the purchase date. Please contact us via email: stepotro@outlook.com for return instructions.
(Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.)
Q: Any criteria for returning of my order?
A: All shoes must be unworn(try on in clean floor is fine) and in the same condition it was received. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.
All clearance sales products are not allowed to be returned or refunded.
Q: How long does the refund process take?
A: Once your qualifying return is approved, we will issue your refund. Depending on your payment method, please allow the additional time frame for payment platform to make funds available in your account. It can be up to 10-15 business days;
Q: I received Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s), what do I do?

A: We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. But we're happy to offer you returns option! Kindly consider this within 30 days and contact us if needed.
